1. Service Description

ChemEngine Datatools provides AI-generated draft Safety Data Sheets (SDS) based on chemical identifiers you provide (CAS numbers, chemical names, or formulas). Our service is designed to help Amazon sellers, Etsy sellers, private labelers, and other businesses obtain draft SDS documents quickly and affordably.

2. Draft Documents — Not a Substitute for Professional Review

All SDS documents generated by ChemEngine Datatools are drafts intended for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional regulatory authoring by a qualified chemist, toxicologist, or regulatory specialist. You are responsible for having all generated documents reviewed and validated by a qualified professional before using them for regulatory compliance, product labeling, or any official purpose.

3. No Liability for Accuracy

While we strive to generate accurate draft SDS documents using AI and public chemical databases, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the generated documents. ChemEngine Datatools shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of or reliance on generated SDS documents.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout. Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your SDS, contact us and we will either re-deliver the document or issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Submit false or misleading chemical information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI generation process
• Resell generated SDS documents as your own SDS generation service
• Overload or disrupt the service through automated or excessive requests

6. Intellectual Property

Upon payment, you receive a license to use the generated SDS document for your business purposes, including white-labeling with your company branding. The underlying AI models, templates, and generation technology remain the property of ChemEngine Datatools.

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
